The Founder, Management and staff of OJOMU Foundation has felicitated with the Olomu of Omupo Kingdom, HRM, Oba Muhammad Yakubu Adebayo Buari, Ilufemiloye II, Omupo Muslim Sons and Daughters, and all Muslim breathrens on the occasion of 2021/1442AH Eid-Fitri celebration.
In a statement signed on behalf of the foundation by Mallam Babatunde Abdullateef Ojomu, copy made available to Journalists in Ilorin, prayed Allah to accept all our Ibadah during and after Ramadan.
“We also prayed Allah to provide economic and social security for our dear country, Nigeria”, the statement added.
Mallam Abdullateef reminded Muslim faithfuls to always remember that the spirit of Ramadan remain with us till another year, hence “we must put all learnt to use as we shall be rewarded accordingly by Allah”.
He urged the government at all levels, including community leaders whose responsibility is to protect all citizens and residents of the country and their domain, to do more in the spirit of Ramadan.
On the State of the Nation, the founder of the foundation advised the government to readdress the level of poverty in the country, adding that it is not good for the country seeing how Nigerians are subjected to hardship and intimidation.
“For the country to go far and take it’s rigtful place in the commity of Nation, our leaders must take appropriate measure to address the state of poverty in the country”, he said.
